Any Ideas?

Does anyone here have any ideas on how to stack the second bag after each of the following setups, then get a Perfect Clear in the third bag? Agent 1568AH will be redeveloping most of this page himself, even though it is created by PandaEDIT158. --Agent 1568AH 22:02, 27 July 2021 (PDT)
