Super Spiral (named 超螺旋/Chō Rasen (lit: Superhelix) in Japan) is a shape founded by TCM-β/WC. Players use a J or L-piece to form a T-Spin Triple.

Miscellaneous Methods
- T-Spin Double: Depending on the shape, if you do not add an overhang, you can make a T-Spin Double.
- Big Super Spiral/Dai Chō Rasen: This technique is a combination of MT and T-Spin Triple.
- Back Spiral: A Super Spiral of which the overhang is in the air by line clearing.
