From Hard Drop Tetris Wiki
Kermfuffle is an opener developed by Kerrmunism. While it looks extremely dubious, it results in a T-Spin Single followed by a T-Spin Triple and either another T-Spin Single or a T-Spin Double.

Normal Setup |

Mirrored Setup |
Depending on your bag order, you may not need to put your L/J block down before doing the T-Spin Single.
For the sake of simplicity, we will discuss pieces from now on as if we were talking about the Normal setup.
Second Bag
After the first bag, you'll have various different follow-ups based on what your second bag starts with.
Early Z
With an early Z, you'll have a few options available, but for most part you'll want to stack your bag to look something like this to get a T-Spin Triple.
|
|
At this point, you can setup for a T-Spin Double.
You can also stack an Imperial Cross with an early Z.
|
|
Early O
With an early O, you can set up a C-Spin type maneuver and get a T-Spin Triple.
|
|
Again, after this point you can go for another T-Spin Double.
Early I
If you get an early I, you can either wait for a J and stack in a similar way to all of the other methods already shown (resulting in a TST → TSD), or simply use the J as part of that stack on the side and go for a TST → TSS. You can also stack like this for a TST → TSD, though there's little reason to not simply spin the J into the hole if the option is available.

|
Early S
With an early S, your best option is to simply go for an Imperial Cross.
