Icebreaker is a TSS opener that needs relatively early O and L piece to perform. The naming concept is quite simple as you crack start the game by clearing the ice(I piece). It creates a very flexible field for executing multiple Tspin techniques. It is developed by Eternalaws to execute a few setups that are rarely buildable.
First bag
S prop route
This variation will work as long as you can place down the J piece before Z piece.
The resulting field can easily be filled for TSD with either S or Z piece.
Third bag 100% pattern
When the O piece is holdable you may look at your next pieces and decide which side to place the O piece as overhang depending on incoming S/Z piece to do a stmb cave in quick succession, you may also fill the 3wide gap with the O piece to make regular T-spins.
T-spin Fin to BT cannon route
This variation will work as long as you can place down the Z piece before J piece.
Third bag first pattern
There are two patterns for third bag. This pattern is for J before S, 2 T-spin double slots are prepared. Do note that the L piece can be spun in even after S piece is placed.
BT cannon on fourth bag:
You will have a perfect clear after 14lines for the first pattern if the first 3pieces in 5th bag are O,L and T in any order.
Third bag second pattern
This pattern is for S before J, 2 T-spin double slots are prepared. Do note that the L piece can be spun in even after J piece is placed and the Z piece can be spun in after S piece is placed using wall kick.
The BT cannon can be completed in the 4th bag as shown below:
You may want to use a piece or two from the next bag for the overhang or aim for a tss/tsd into tetris when the first pattern is not available. Note that the L piece can be spun in after S piece is placed and if you have not placed the L piece yet the T-spin double can always be done before completing the BT cannon. Another alternative is doing a Fin yogsothoth. Here is an example.
