Under Construction
Misfire is a somewhat impractical heavy opener developed by Kerrmunism. It's named as such for its two variations, one of which gives a TSS -> TSD -> TST, and the other gives a TSS -> TSS -> TSD -> Imperial Cross.
This setup isn’t recommended if your opponent is fast due to the extremely low damage output sent in the first half of the opener.
While it takes quite a number of bags to fully execute, it's not uncommon to finish the multiplier with a 3 or 4 B2B count and board to continue that streak, making it better suited for games such as Tetr.io that award consecutive back-to-back's after the first.
The first bag has quite a number of dependencies (mainly you need an early L and O), but the rest of the opener is almost guaranteed in most situations.

Second Bag
Depending on what you get in the second bag, you can continue the opener in a variety of different ways. As long as you don't get your L after your Z and before your O in the second bag, you can do the Imperial Cross variation (which is ideal in most circumstances).
Otherwise, you can still get a T-Spin Triple.

You could also make an Imperial Cross anyways as shown below.
|
Imperial Cross Variation
For the Imperial Cross Variation, you'll stack essentially the same way, but excluding the L. If you end up having to place the L, you can place it on top of the J and make an Imperial Cross that way. Otherwise, you'll have to do the other variation.

Depending on your bag, you could also put the L across the right side where the I and O are. This only works if your T comes shortly afterwards though, as otherwise when you try to complete the rest of the opener, you'll only get a TSS instead of a TSD in the third bag.
Otherwise, try to hang on to your remaining L if at all possible. If not, the Imperial Cross will still work, but may require additional pieces.

This method also works, and can potentially lead to a cleaner stack.
