NullpoMino is an open-source¹ Tetris game. As a result, users can create custom NullpoMino mods (rotation systems, playfield dimensions, etc). Graphical, music, game list, etc. mods are possible on any operating system, but source code mods (required for custom rotation systems, pieces, etc.) only in Linux. Sorry, Windows users.
