From Hard Drop - Tetris Wiki
An All Clear, Bravo Field Clear, or Perfect Clear occurs when the player clears the whole playfield without leaving any blocks behind.
In some multiplayer games, such as TOJ and Tetris Friends, performing one sends a large amount of garbage.

In this section, some of the most notable setups are listed here. For more setups and also the setups below explained in more detail, see Perfect Clear Setups.
Perfect Clear Opener
In games that use Random Generator, it is possible to setup a Perfect clear with relative ease and high chance of success (though still a chance of failure) by creating 2 shapes, a 4x4 square and a TSZ stack. The rest of the field can be filled in various ways.

Grace System
This Perfect Clear setup, called Grace System, instead uses a single 6x4 rectangle shape on the left side. The fumen below shows some examples one can make a Perfect Clear, though there are no percentages shown for each solution.
Tetris Perfect Clear
Here is another Perfect Clear setup which may result in a 4-line Perfect Clear. A 6-line PC is also possible. There are two ways of this setup, mainly depending on the right side.
