From Hard Drop Tetris Wiki
Hamburger is a form of sustainable T-Spin Single stacking, similar to ST Stacking. This method of stacking was popularized by top Japanese player, amemiyataiyou, for it's effectiveness against Puyo, in Puyo Puyo Tetris. The name comes from the fact that the playfield starts to look like a hamburger after a few cycles.
