Waffle Stacking is a TD opener (an opener that uses a T-Spin Triple into a T-Spin Double, also known as a C-Spin).
First Bag
The first bag is similar to most TD openers.

Second Bag

Then you take the C-Spin.
|
If you manage to hold both T pieces then you can send more lines. You may have to take the Triple early.

There is an alternative if you can’t build the first.
