Trinity is a T-Spin setup that allows for three T-Spin Doubles (or an STD - Single, Triple, Double). This is a fancy setup, although arguably if you can do your T-spin earlier it is preferred. If no T is in sight, you may opt to invest into forming a Trinity. Also note that not all Trinity setups will give you the option of TSD Declined. Depending on which side your "hang" is on, you may be left with a S-Spin Triple or Z-Spin Triple instead.

Chopin Signature Trinity
Using Chopin's setup is probably much easier to implement than the traditional Trinity since it is just a piece combination to the side rather than a jagged shape on the edge of the stack. Chopin's point is that if you hold off on putting a line piece there, that you can convert the move into a DT cannon (in the unlikely event that you have not started to top out yet). These cannon opportunities will be very rare, but as long as the I is held off until the last second then the opportunity stands. You should wait and evaluate whether you have the time and opportunity for a cannon but expect to stand up an I (if you are even able to do that).

Rather than using your I-piece on the top left to complete the last T-Spin double, you can instead use a J and a hang to transform the remaining shape into a DT Cannon.
Abyss
The Abyss is essentially a Trinity starting off with a T-Spin Mini.

TSD Declined or Approved?
Depending on which side your hang is on, beware of substituting your T-Spin Double.
Will give TST |
T-Spin Single |
T-Spin Triple left behind |
No TST |
T-Spin Single/T-Spin Mini |
Z-Spin Triple left behind |
With Twist bonus available, the result is actually not bad at all.
