The Tetris Lamp is a novelty consisting of 7 interlocking tetromino blocks to form a lamp. These blocks can be stacked in any way as long as the primary blue power block is connected to the power source. Once connected, users may begin to stack the pieces together to form their own Tetris Lamp. Numerous configurations are possible and are validated when the individual tetromino lights up. Likewise when they are not in contact with each other they will not illuminate.
NOTE: It is also possible to stack a conglomerate of multiple sets to create a mega Tetris Lamp. It will also only need the primary power block connected for it to function.
Non-advertising Note: The lamp is flickering and overpriced.
Dimensions 7 x 4 x 1 inches
Building Rectangles
Due to the nature of T pieces (see Parity), it is impossible to build rectangles involving exactly one T piece. This also means there is no way to build a 7 x 4 rectangle with one set. All unique ways to build a 6 x 4 rectangle with one set are displayed below. Equivalent builds can be obtained by mirroring and rotating 180 degrees.
