Hummingbird

The Subscriber Special is a quick and efficient T-Spin Single opening setup for early S/Z bags. It only requires 5 tetrominos to build, and can easily be followed up with a STSD.

Build Order

In order to build the Subscriber special with an SZ start, it is required to place exactly one J piece or L piece before the T-Spin Single. The I piece can always be placed in its respective position regardless of whether it comes before or after the T-spin.

In cases where both J and L must be placed before the T-spin can be executed, a similar setup can be used. Note that in the following example, the O block is on the other side of the T spin, thus it is essential to know the queue before choosing this setup or the Subscriber Special proper.
