A pentomino is a polyomino of five squares. Despite having a page on this wiki, this is not found in most Tetris games.
The ancient pentomino puzzle uses free pentominoes.
The shapes
There are 12 free pentominoes. Six of them are chiral, making a total of 18 one-sided pentominoes.

Trivia
The N' and F' pentominoes had a different name. However, these are now banned by Piotr Grochowski.
- If you use one of those names, or one with numbers, Piotr will change it.
- Piotr has also banned i-notation (except tetrimino).
