Sending out emails probably wouldn't have made that much difference. You're always going to get people who sign up and then don't actually play. It's just the nature of open tournaments where there's any sort of period between registration and the first round.

I just verified that I am able to create the room I'll need to be competing in tonight, but this got me thinking.... What if my competitor does the same thing and we both end up sitting in separate rooms waiting for each other to show up?  Also, what happens if I'm in the room I created, waiting for my competitor, and someone else jumps in and starts playing against me, making it impossible for the real competitor to play?

I just wanna make sure I get these things figured out now so I'm not screwed when the tournament matches are supposed to be taking place.

Round 2 matches will take place on Saturday Dec 11th and Sunday Dec 12th between 4-7PM PST, schedules will be out tonight.

Round 3 will take place on Saturday, December 18th  between 4-6PM PST.

Round 4 will take place on Monday, December 27th between 4-6PM (to avoid playing on Christmas/Christmas Eve)

The double elimination playoffs will be played down to the final 4 in the upper bracket and final 4 in the lower bracket on Monday, January 3rd starting @ 4PM.

The semis, upper/lower bracket finals and grand finals will be played on Friday January 7th @ 5PM PST

The random prize drawings will also be on this day.

Or will we keep those schedules ?
If not I guess 4PM PST could be a good hours for European players ( 1AM GTM+1, at least for france, not sure about the GTM and GTM+2 countries )

Idea for TTO2: Make participants sign up with a link to their TF profile, it's a pain in the a** to search for 256 players for their Sprint times.
