An update from Tetris Friends

Woah I went to purchase rubies assuming it uses my tokens. And then it asked for my credit card. LAME.

I think Tetris Online already tried to offer your tokens to pay their rent, but the landlord told them that they need real money...  

I'm sure that is the mission they will release sometime in the New Year. I saw it on the development site. You have to finish a sprint game at exactly 20:10 (20 minutes and 10 secs). It is a little harder than it seems.

That's not as easy as I thought... But it's funny!

I mean we knew because this mode was mentioned in upcomming mission pack, but i discovered url for it just few moments ago.

So, what shall we do there?

All people there have real profile pictures. Maybe that's a sign that they're going to allow that for us someday.

And I like the maps, it looks really different than the other Tetris games.

Besides, the RUSH name still makes me think of 20G play

It's already gone. I made no screenshots (Is that correct English? Ich habe keine Screenshots gemacht? lol); they should do their research - but I'm quite happy to know that they're working at something new!

Well, looks like I was WAY off with my 20G theory...
So, based on Woj's picture of what I believe is Rush Mode, I'd say it's an 8P race to the bottom of a 10xN well (where N is the depth of the well)
Each player would have a 10x20 window of the map on the right
And players would clear lines that block their progress
Items would be used against opponents' replays to impede their progress or on player to help him/her
Top out would occur when a block reaches the top of the 10x20 window
Will the blocks behave like in Worlds's Sticky Mode? Is there Cascade-like gravity? Naive gravity? Those are the unknowns posed by this screenshot...

It would be great if it was real-time
