The last 2 days, i have just been lurking and reding threads and thought it was time to introduce myself. I just started pleying tetris and also discovered this forum. It's really great to see such a good community. I was mainly wondering, does anyone have a video tutorial series or anything of that nature to help me? I like NES tetris the best  if that helps. I don't like Nullpomino as much if ya'll were wondering. Take care

Welcome to the Hard Drop forums! Have you visited TetrisFriends.com? They have a retro Tetris version that you may enjoy. I encourage you to try the other modes as well. One great part about the realm of Tetris is that there is no single person that is best at every version of Tetris... sort of like the Olympics. I don't know many videos on classic Tetris, but if you want to learn about maintaining a clean stack, you may want to take a gander at the Hard Drop wiki.

A good place to start for NES tetris might be here http://harddrop.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2232, and I am sure the wiki does have some stuff for you. when you run out of stuff to read here regarding nes tetris, try posting on the tetris subreddit, since kitaru mods it and regularly posts full length answers to any questions asked.

To his credit, he has come a long way since "NES Tetris would probably be the worst test of skill, though." ;D
