My solution was on point.

Pretend you are from Africa and trash talk your opponent until he gets too confused to play. It almost worked for me once.

What a game thought it would never start.  It was hard fought.  Those Africans can really play tetris, but the assie and american were just to hot for them to handle.

I'm bad at tetris, but nullpo is amazing. Wow. Amazing.

I think the obvious issue with it is that most people who don't frequent these forums don't know it exists (maybe I'm wrong?). Blink should use his tetris celebrity status and make a music video in which he sings about how good nullpo is. That would do it.

Funny you should ask. It's actually an old insider with some people I used play games with. I'll spare you the story, but I ended up being known as the best detective/astronaut/scuba diver on the internet. So I started using the alias "Divemaster" some time ago as a play on that old joke (and because it sounds classy).

So, no. I don't dive. I can certainly respect the essence of SCUBA though. It's something I've frequently thought about doing, but never got around to.
