Never getting KO in Tetris Arena!

Hi guys,

Don't mean to ring in on your community without contributing, but I have a question...

I"m *never* getting KO in Tetris Arena. Not ONCE!

There have been many instances where e.g. I send 35 lines, but someone else sends only 14 and they come first because they KO someone, whereas my 35 lines (with combos, t spins, etc. ) don't KO ANYONE!

Can anyone explain wtf is going on please? The curiosity is what's driving me crazy and I feel like quitting tetris. Fuck!

Is this Tetris Arena or tetris battle arena?

You are awarded a KO if your line send is the last set of lines that tops another player out.

You could easily send 19 lines to a player, and then someone else sends 2 right after you and they would be awarded the KO.

Tetris Arena in the facebook app. After the dozens and dozens of games I've played and come out with by far the most lines, I've never gotten the KO. Is there something I'm missing, like, are you supposed to manually target someone or something?

Please refer to it as Tetris Battle Arena (this is different to Tetris Friends Arena).
There is nothing you are missing. Send more lines.

There is something inherently wrong at my end. It is not me. I just played this 1v1 game in Tetris Battle Arena (live games).

Look at his red meter. It was like that for about 10 seconds and he never got KOed.

Two more games I just played. Note the number of lines I've sent them in comparison, and yet they have not been KOed:

The red meter picture is just the guy stalling to not lose, because garbage happens after a piece is placed. Which means people can avoid KOs if you send them lines near the end (0:12 or so). That boils down to send more lines earlier.
In picture two, 29 is not significantly greater than 22 (Probability of KO is 1.4 vs 1.1), especially since people can downstack fairly quickly. That was just bad luck on your part. Solution: Send more lines
Picture three is REALLY bad luck. Because the person only sent 6 lines, I would assume you stacked really high to combo her. She probably managed to downstack fast enough and avoid a KO. Solution: Stack lower, try to cap yourself at 10 lines (Double tetris would send 9 lines, giving you a chance).
Basically, the more lines you send, the better your chances, but they are only PROBABILITY, not guarantees. I've sent 100 lines and gotten no KOs.

If it's all the same to the people in this forum I'm going to continue to document the multitude of consecutive instances of "bad luck" in this forum to get to the bottom of this.

Note that it's not in battle 2P+ or 2P. It's ONLY in Battle Arena that I never get a KO no matter how many lines I send.

Here's a shocker. I'm challenging anyone to come up with a reasonable explanation on why this is again bad luck.

You can see that his screen is completely full, jumbled, red on his meter and with 25 seconds left, yet he still did not get KOed. I sent more lines than him also.

As a guy who have played more than 10k games on Tetris battle arena, I can say I've seen close to 200 lines been sent from a player and 0 KO...

And from what I see of you, you just need practice and send more lines, 29 or 38 lines isn't much...
good luck getting a KO then just practice and you'll get there Bad luck can happen sometimes .)

This isn't just bad luck, because others are consistently getting more KOs than me, even though they only do half the lines or even less than what I do. I have never even ONCE gotten a KO. It's bad luck if it happens a couple of times, but for NEVER getting a KO no matter how many lines you send, something is wrong. When others are getting multiple KOs and sending half the number of lines I'm sending.

I JUST GOT KO. But I was still right.

I only got KO after I created a fake facebook account and went into the battle arena as "Tokahayu".

I immediately got 3 KOs in the first three games I played.

THIS IS CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE THAT TETRIS BATTLE ARENA, WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR NOT, WAS RIGGED AGAINST MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!!! Fuck you, Tetris (the app).

As for the rest of you, I'm coming for you!
