How it turns out that My Single Inprovement of 38.14 Seconds Beats the other seeming Harder To Do Improvements?

Sorry to ask an very odd question but i'm really curious about that...

To do a 3.5 second improvement at around 40 seconds is a big jump to make in speed. Percentage-wise bigger than the other sprint improvements here.

But all these are great feats I think, which shows in the closeness of the poll. I mean, even I got a vote from some crazy person!
