You can check if he read it or not by looking at "sent" in your inbox. He might have read it but could not understand it because he's from Taiwan, and might only speak Chinese. If you can speak Chinese, I would suggest sending him a pm in Chinese. He has been logging in HardDrop everyday though.

I posted the Chinese translation of the document today in the Taiwanese facebook group, so he might figure out how to check his inbox. If not, I think I'll find him within 24 hours. If you could send me a pm detailing what times you're free for the rest of the week, I'll converse with him in Chinese, and we can arrange a time that way.

If I can't find him, and he doesn't respond to your pm, you get the win at the end of the week.
