I don't see where to "Ask friends for energy" on facebook

It says in the help section that the option to request energy from friends should pop-up when you're out of energy. But it's not there. It only gives you the option to buy. Does anyone know anything about this?

There was an "update" around in April/May. I guess this was one of many features that were removed. Since then, Tetris Battle Support Center isn't maintained anymore.

And, oh that sux. It sounds like now you have to buy them or watch videos.

Anyone know if there's any other way of getting energy other than the above?
