Yes, setkeydelay -1,-1. That game still registers all keystrokes, otherwise the runner would stumble. But it doesn't matter much. You can also get the best time with setkeydelay 25,25, which is roughly 100 x left & right within 7.69 seconds.

BTW, I've tried Piano Tiles on a tablet afterwards. IMHO, the random sight-reading relates more to the Tetris gameplay than just mashing.
My scores are meh but I'm slowly cutting times.
