Tetris Friends Help! Rotation Problem?

So on Tetris Friends, the other day I realized that I'm not able to rotate while holding left and right together at the same time. I've actually tried on TOJ and it is the same problem. I was telling this to Sonic today and it turns out that he can... Can everyone here rotate while holding left and right together? Is this a problem with my computer/keyboard?

I think it's the keyboard.  Some keyboards have "anti-ghosting" technology allowing you to press a lot of keys at once and have them all register.  

Might want to borrow a friends keyboard to see if your keyboard is really the problem.

If you do buy a new keyboard, bear in mind that the anti-ghosting is usually on a select few keys (like wasd). Make sure to read the fine print.

My laptop keyboard accepts only up to 8 inputs at once ;O

Interesting.  I can only get 6 regardless of whether I use my laptop keyboard or my fancy Typematrix keyboard.  Don't they realize I have more than 6 fingers?

Ok so I can hold left+right together and press all of the letter keys except for QWER O.o and that is what I use for my item/hold/left rotation. My keyboard accepts up to 8 inputs according to that site. Any way to trick my keyboard out of this?? I've been freaking going crazy these last months (after switching to a new laptop) lol. Didn't know what was going on.

It's a hardware limitation, most likely.

Oh noooo now I guess my only option is to change key configs....

Can't you just change all the keys you're using on the keyboard by one row to avoid the top row?
