to clean up the shoutbox a bit there are a few rules:

+ You can talk about anything on the shoutbox, non Tetris related stuff is fine, but no rape/sex/pedophile talk (i know you guys are doing it jokingly but everyone can see it when they visit HD and it makes the entire community look bad).

+ No racial insults

+ No attacking other members

+ No flooding the shoutbox, spamming it with random characters, or spamming too many emoticons.

+ No links to nudity or inappropriate/viruses/graphic things (For SecretSalamander: Nude amphibians OK!)

Depending on what was said: warning -> temp ban -> ban
