you can also make your own with sjejhhtool (included in package).

Yeah, mediafire has been down for a while now.  I tried using the mirrored tetris.exe posted a couple of pages back and it didn't work.  Request for a mirror?

I have it downloaded just need to apply the english patch.

EDIT:  Couldn't someone just upload their tetris.exe in a .zip to an upload site?  That's really the only file you need, right?

Mediafire is up again, tried to use the full download and just tetris.exe on my original install.  Neither work.  Going to try jennr246's now...

EDIT:  Jennr's didn't work either, this is outdated?
