TOJ tp system change

I was trying to farm some tp today, when i noticed the only thing getting added was air. After talking to some of the japanese players it turns out tetrisonline changed their tp system so that only premium members get tp? Which is weird cuz i have premium for 3 days after inviting some dubs. Anybody got more info on this? I know i can patch it up, but i prefer to play regularly.
