Well, the times in your poll are pretty close together, on top of us not knowing what your time is now. So there's no actual way of us knowing.

Plus this seems to be a bit of a rip off of my ONE YEAR CHALLENGE

That depends on a lot.  Knowing what time you have now would help, as well as what version you are playing.  I wont say under 30 seconds if you are playing tetris friends, because that is pretty much impossible.

Under 40 seconds is really tough.  hell im still trying to get that and my score is 43 right now.  I'd try to improve about 3 seconds a month.  once you get around the 45 seconds it seems to take a while to get lower.  I'd set my goal at 42 if i were you.

After finally hitting under 40 seconds, i still struggle to get under most of the time haha. and my record is 36 secs

it took me like a month to get from 42 to 38. But now i can't get below 40 . However my avg is going down to like 43~ now so yay.

I had completetly forgotten about this old poll, anyway, my time is within the decided goal: 44.75 seconds! but that will probably drop soon!
