From babylon translsation : "Perhaps I think, but I participate and announce that time doesn't match most of participants."

I think hes saying that he wants to participate but he annouces that his time zone does not match most of particpants'time zone ??

he says "i'll join". however, he seems to be troubled that he might not be able to match most of partipants
