how do I T-spins

I try and get lots of tetrises in Nullpo MP but I just get destroyed by crazy SRS-only T-spins. I've tried some of the TSD and TST setups up the wiki but I can't figure out how to do them fast enough. What's the best way to learn to T-spin quickly?

yes I did those

but I cannot do them quickly and have no idea how to learn how to do so

my question is: what's the best way to get good at t-spinning?

There's no substitute for practice. If you want to learn without pressure just work on it in Null practice mode. KOS is a great option too.

Learning to recognize the setups and opportunities gets easier with time.

KoS uses all-spins, though...

It might help to think of garbage holes as part of a t-spin setup, instead of a potential tetris:

Wow, it sends the same amount of garbage as tetris? Did not know that. Also, why will noone join my shirase rooms for more than 10 seconds :\
