Why TOP? how come we can link to nullpo? or finessetris? or Blocktrix? That part I need clarified.

If you don't see a difference between NullpoMino, Blocktrix, or other clones vs TOP then I don't know what to tell you.

One side contains clones that are written by the authors and another is a hacked and modded TOJ on a private server.  There are copyrighted sounds and graphics being used as well.  

This is the last time I'm going to talk about this, use the search feature this is nothing new and has been discussed already.

Only if they were reverse engineered from TOJ. If you constructed them yourself by say... hand drawing or print screening them i think its pretty legit. E.g tehre are tons of mario sprites around and they are not illegal by any means.
