I've been using the right hand controls to rotate and move, but am thinking about changing controls to make UP ARROW fast drop and left hand hold and rotate. When I used to play Tetris Worlds back in the day, I used to rotate both ways, making it easier to drop and stack pieces more quicker and more efficiently. I'm getting back into that habit, and I use the TF default controls.

Hello fellow Tetris enthusiasts!

My name is Jay, and I hail thee all from southeast Arizona, in a small town called Sierra Vista, nestled in a mountain desert valley within the Huachuca Mountain range. I'm 28 years old, a Filipino-American born in a German kaserne (clinic) while my father was still active duty US Army. I'm currently working full-time at McDonald's and going to college. After a decade devoted to the hedonistic lifestyle of a party animal, I met a wonderful woman, Rachael Wilson, who's helped me mature into a responsible young adult. She has helped me stay away from the temptations of my prior lifestyle, while at the same time introducing me the greener lifestyle of ecofriendliness, healthier living and eating, and getting back into school. We will soon be getting married, within the week! We just got our marriage license today, and a good friend of ours will be marrying us by the end of the week! We are also expecting our first baby in November of 2009! We don't know the gender yet, and it's ok, because surprises like that only make it better!

I've been playing Tetris since I was a wee lad in the 80s, starting with the NES version, then the NES Game Boy, and from there, onto the multiple platforms that Tetris has stacked itself onto. I can currently be found on http://www.tetrisfriends.com under the same username of Opius, and Facebook's Tetris Friends under Jay Escober. I consider myself a beginning expert, just now learning to utilize t-spins and already fluent in combo devastations. My love for Tetris has only grown stronger, and I am excited to see an online community devoted to this wonderful game! I hope to make many wonderful friends here, and share our love of Tetris with each other and for those others who have strayed away
