Breakerspin, also known as Fairy Cannon or Seal Spin, is an opener designed by player Claramay. It is comprised of a T-Spin Single, then either another T-Spin Single or a T-Spin Double, followed by a Perfect Clear (or PC) with a very high chance for another T-Spin Double. Its name comes from how the second T-Spin breaks open a gap for the third.

• Note: because of the absurd amount of minimals for most of the PCs, it is more optimal to freestyle and set up T-Spins than to worry about a PC.

First Bag

• This guide will be following the original placements of the pieces. The mirrored version is also useful, for example, when L appears before J.

The opener requires I and Z after J.

If L comes too early or O comes too late, you can place the L as shown below and then place the O afterwards.

The resulting field has a 99.92% chance for a Perfect Clear with 73 minimals. Six of them are shown below.

When the Perfect Clear is unachievable due to garbage, simply take the T-Spin Double and stack normally, or use the Trinity continuation.
