From Hard Drop Tetris Wiki
Ruby Stacking is an opener based on Anonymous TD. It is created by Agent 1568AH in early September 2021, released alongside Mountainous Stacking 3. In the best case scenario, it should result in a T-Spin Triple in the second bag, and a Perfect Clear chance in the third bag.
First Bag
In the first bag, it requires a T piece before Z, and J before S then O. Like Anonymous TD, you can spin the I piece even if the T and Z piece are placed beforehand. The L piece is on hold as this will be used in different situations.
The overall setup rate with Hold and softdrops when the mirrored setup is also counted is 38.81%, or if the only the regular setup, it would be 21.11%. For the mirrored setup, the setup rate is 20.08% because of the asymmetry of I-Spins.

Second Bag and later
Triple Double Perfect Clear
Ideally, you can make a Triple Double that would induce a chance of achieving a Perfect Clear. You have a 76.11% chance to stack the Triple Double way, given the two ways to stack the right side. The Perfect Clear rate is 98.57%.

Another way to stack a Triple Double uses an O piece on the left. This one requires the Z and J pieces to come early, as well as an S piece before L after the J is placed. The Perfect Clear rate is 98.85%.

Kaidan
If the I piece comes before Z, one can stack a Kaidan, given the two ways to stack the right side. Overall, there is a 59.01% chance to stack either way. There is addionally an 82.10% chance to get a Perfect Clear.

Perfect Clear after 6 lines
Since there are countless ways a Perfect Clear after 6 lines can be achieved, a solution example with a T-Spin Double will be shown below. Most of the time, this will require an L piece or J in the third bag because a vertical T piece was already present in the first bag and the T-Spin Double in the second bag is horizontal.

Center 4-Wide
The towers on either side is supposed to be stacked freely, but to avoid stacking problems, the first L piece can be placed rotated 90º counterclockwise and the second L can be placed under the first L later. However, if the I piece comes early in the second bag, and there is a J or L piece coming up next, it can be placed rotated 90º clockwise on the first O piece.
