Under Construction
Pinwheel is a TSS → TSD → PC opener created by Winterfrost. In the first bag you only need S/Z before I, and O before L/J with the mirrored version.

STSD
If a perfect clear isn't possible or you receive garbage, you can make an STSD with a relatively high build chance.

If stacking like above is impossible, it would be best to either freestyle the STSD or just stack up normally.
Count-to-4

In the first diagram above, it is possible to do a Z-Spin if you get Z after T and S. After the Tetris, you have a 100% chance of building an STSD.
J before O |
O before J |
If you build the O before J variant, you will have a 34.48% chance of achieving a 14 line perfect clear.
|
|
|
The first solution can give you a T-Spin Single.

2nd Route
This route can lead to a higher 8 height perfect clear chance than the first route, but it can also lead to a lower chance depending on piece order.
