Revision as of 22:16, 21 January 2021
KSD is an opener that starts with a T-Spin Single in the first bag, requiring only 2 rotations to complete the first bag. The second bag results in a T-Spin Double. There are 3 piece dependencies (L before S, I before Z and O before J) to execute KSD. Despite that, the speed at which it can be built compensates for the piece dependencies. This opener was originally created to counter PC loopers. KSD stands for "Kvodeth's single double".
First Bag
There are 3 requirements: O before J, L before S and I before Z. The rotations needed are T and J only.

|
|
Second Bag
There are a few variations to stack second bag.
Incomplete Cut copy Variation
180 key rotation may be needed to spin the J in depending on bag sequence. In games without 180 degree rotation, it is impossible to place the J after the Z is placed.
