Prophecy T-Spin Double involves setting up a T-Spin Double overhang in advance and then subsequently creating the T-Spin Double base through various methods. This technique, first developed by Tetris DS player TCM-WC, combines both the principles of T-Spin Double overhangs and T-Spin Double bases in a practical application.
Note that this is different than Forecasting, which is commonly confused in place of Prophesying.
