Currently I use this layout:

Rotate counterclockwise = S
Hard drop = D
Rotate clockwise = F

Move left = numpad 4
Soft drop = numpad 5
Move right = numpad 6

However, I am not sure if it is not worse than:

Rotate counterclockwise = S
Soft drop = D
Rotate clockwise = F

Move left = numpad 4
Hard drop = numpad 5
Move right = numpad 6

Oh, and hold is A in both scenarios.

Please let me know if the 2nd layout is better!

EDIT: 1st one is better, because of the key press ratio between hands.

My setup is super basic:

right hand:
move left: left arrow
move right: right arrow
rotate clockwise: up
counter-clockwise: down

left hand:
hard drop: v
soft drop: f

At one point last year I was getting some straining in my right hand and I was thinking maybe I should re-adjust the layout, but really I think it's just a matter of keeping your fingers relaxed as I haven't had any problems in a long time now. Might not be the best layout, but works fine for me.

I'm no Subversive, but I guess I'll throw mine in:

Right hand:
Hard Drop: Numpad 0
Soft Drop: Numpad 5
Move Left: Numpad 4
Move Right: Numpad 6
Rotate Left/CCW: Numpad 9 or Numpad 7
Rotate Right/CW: Numpad 8
Hold: Numpad Enter

Left hand: N/A

Meh, used to use the standard Tetris Friends controls, but I'm trying to change it to something else so I can make my rotations efficient, since I just pressed up over and over, and so I can get into the habit of not pressing spacebar for hard drop. .-.
(QWERTY Keyboard..)

Left: Left Arrow
Right: Right Arrow
Soft Drop: Down Arrow
Hard Drop: C
Hold: RShift

Clockwise: Up Arrow
C-Clockwise: X

I was playing TF today (actually, I am still playing while I am writing this, but I'm in a losing streak, so...) and I figured out that sometimes my brain just switches to the wrong (old) controls and makes a mess, especially because the latest switch I made was switching the soft drop and hard drop in place   But I also noticed that I am stacking much faster since I made that change. I am not sure why that is, I also tried some one-hand controls (just for the fun of trying) and I even tried home row, but that just made me confused for some reason. So, since I started playing on TF, my CW rotation was on X, and hard drop was on spacebar. When I started playing TAP and TGM, I had trouble adjusting to spacebar each time I played TF, so I changed the UP key to hard drop. But even then, since TAP has non-locking hard drop, and TF locks down, that was also hard to adjust to. Then I started reading this thread again, and I found my perfect combination for TF (for now):

Left: ←
Right: →
SD: ↑
HD: ↓
CCW: Z
CW: X
Hold: Shift

Still, when my mind is agonizing on rows 17-20 in a hard match (and almost every match is hard for me, since I prefer playing with stronger players), I still happen to mix up SD and HD. But I played 101 match in row last night, so maybe it is also because of that

Left - Left
Right - Right
Soft drop - Down
Hard drop - Space
Rotate left - Z
Rotate right - X
Rotate 180 - A and S
Hold - Up

These are the controls used in Tetris Best (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/140137647) except hold, which is not implemented. Also I prefer these.
