anyone tried SiChuan cuisine (四川菜, 川菜)?

of course not only spicy, but also another ingredient:
“花æ¤'” "hua jiao", which tastes “麻” "ma" (not pepper).

seems no English word for this.
some call it Sichuanese pepper, or Chinese prickly ash.

麻 and 辣 often comes together in one dish, called 麻辣 "ma la".
