Are you trying to register on HD while logged in?  The register to HD step is only for guests who don't have an account already, so you wouldn't need to do that step.

I believe I have read things incorrectly. Completely my fault. Haha. I have no problems now.

Format changes:

Final 16 = double elim instead of final 8.

Also, seedings will be done this way:
top 16 by TTO1 seedings
17-32 by sprint times
random thereafter.
