I want there to be a dig mode
I want new ways to customize minos and ghost pieces
More win tones and win graphix
More announcer voices
New avatars
More DAS and AR?

Why wont they update??!!

Also that earth day thing still says limited time only and its been there for 2+ years

although
one of the tf workers posted a thread that asked people what they wanted to see in the tetris scene.. you can perhaps post your concerns there.

and honestly
the things that you're looking for from TF are already implemented in other platforms like blockbox, c2, and nullpomino

I'm pretty sure there will be no more developments for TF in the foreseeable future as there's no one working on it.

^Yes, that's what I thought, too. We received confirmation on here somewhere that TF is no longer being actively developed, right?

Many people look to play an official game, rather than a knockoff/fan made game, regardless of the quality difference.

Disappointing that no such high quality official game exists.

From my conversations with J_MAC (who no longer works for them, so don't bother posting your concerns in the thread - nor does acemagic/ace), there will absolutely be no further updates to TF or TB. Tetris Online may be making a new Tetris game for the computer in the long-term future...but there is absolutely no reason why it's going to be any better than TF....

I'm glad they don't update TF. Keeping it alive means that we're stuck with the same laggy engine. Better to hold out for a new game that hopefully won't have the same lag issues.

What I don't get is why they've not been able to provide us a good Tetris client, when they clearly were capable of it in Japan and SK with TOJ and Hangame, respectively.
