Update: It looks like we'll have near 16 players, so we will play three rounds and then start pruning. Each cut will take approximately 1/3 of the players, though I will round it to even numbers to eliminate byes. The third cut should leave two players left over.

For the cuts, ties will be broken by the fewest number of turns played in the most recently won game. This is incentive to complete your games, but is also about the only metric I can think of that makes sense (fewer turns = more decisive victory). For the final cut, if there are more than two players tied at the top, extra rounds will be played.

Like I did in HDTL; people predict the results of rounds and I rank them by accuracy. Requires people actively predicting results to work
