id just like to point out,

1. Paradox, this is not your team. you can't tell my team that we should have a captain when we choose not to. you do that on YOUR team.

2. my team either doesn't care or agrees with me, because if they didn't they would have said something and i'd probably stop.

3. i don't want you guys to go to radiance for everything. it's easier to schedule a time or challenge us on OUR thread, it's not there for us to communicate that's why we haven't. it's more for other people and other teams.

i might have handle this wrong, but you really don't have to be a prick about it. it's just a thread YOU made. you don't have any power over any team.

The person who creates the team thread officially creates the team therefore they will be the captain by default. They are also the only one that can make changes to the team through the team thread. They own the thread itself in a way. So the person who created the team should notify me if they are not the captain so I can change it.

2. If I let anybody report who the captain is I may get mixed answers from the team. I don't want to accuse any of them of lying or making a mistake.

example: stef reported she is captain but profane reported that arf is the captain. I can't just make a decision based off that.

3. If I let anybody report who the captain is then anybody can simply lie and say that the captain is someone else causing disputes where I wouldn't know who to believe.

its really not that hard of a process for the thread maker to tell me who the captain is- or if there is none and any team member can make changes to the team.

For example arf told me that Stef is the captain.
Now its very obvious that stef is captain since arf made the thread -and not much dispute about it.

you just started to make rules as i complained about taking out Radiance as captain and leaving it blank.... yea way buddy . you could of just changed it, why do you need radiance approval? he just make a fu**ing thread with our team on. big fu**ing deal right? dont compare me to team star, they handle the things the way they want to. i helped you out actually, you made decents rules AFTER i had to point it out. so your welcome.

Please either edit your post - or delete it - There are some points that I still want on the thread - so I have no deleted it.

Moderators and Blink don't like to delete posts unless absolutely necessary - does not mean we don't read it and acknowledge the problem. We believed there was a simple solution and would be solved between the two of you. However, since it became a problem (bigger than usual) we have stepped in.

Thanks bee I wasn't necessarily wanting you guys to delete posts because I agree with you that sometimes that isn't the right thing to do.  I see no harm though in a moderator posting "please be civil" to kind of calm angry people down.

As a side note I noticed that some teams have closed recruitment but increase members anyway. Thats totally fine. If you would like to I'll accept "Invitation Only " for recruitment status.
