Fumen challenge: your highest combo while downstacking

The Goal

• Make as high a combo as possible on Fumen while downstacking garbage.

The Fine Print

• Use any legal 7-bag piece sequence (and use as many pieces as you like). You may hold pieces.
• Create any pattern of garbage holes you like, but each garbage row must contain exactly one hole.
• Use your first piece to clear a garbage row, starting the combo sequence. Start off with only garbage rows (no upstack), and you may not add garbage rows later (aka garbage-blocking is in effect).

Oh sorry, that wasn't what I meant by 7-bag. Use as many pieces as you like. It's just that the piece sequence must follow the bag rule (a bag of all 7 pieces, one of each. Then, a new bag of all 7 immediately after).

If you clear the 20 lines of the field with 20 pieces, then, since the 20 lines each take 1 of the 4 blocks of the piece, it remains 3*20=60 blocks which can make 6 lines.

20+6=26.

Yeah, but I was thinking 27 lines (26 Combo), since in Guideline games don't pieces spawn on rows 21 and 22? then, we could clear 21 contiguous lines plus 6 more from upstack surplus.  But yeah, I guess 25 Combo might be max for Fumen.

Yeah I could easily add a line or so if you found it realistic to put the piece over the field lol. I can probably even do 26.

yeah its basically because you can upstack while downstacking. Lul.

29 should be the highest possible since he ended with a pclear. Or maybe 30 would be possible. hmm.

Myndzi is right with the 3x20=60 leftover blocks you can make 6 lines with a hole(9x6=54<60) and have another 3x6+ 6=24 blocks left, and so on.
