Ispeaksilence hasn't been able to get the Installer (nor the troubleshooter nor the alt.) to work. She gets the 'This program might not have installed correctly' and when she presses 'Start' it doesn't load. She uses Windows 7 and has tried everything from disabling antivirus to restarting the computer. Any ideas
