Can we have an explanation of how to apply the DAS patches in the first post? I had to read to about page 18 to figure it out

Also can someone explain to me what they mean?

I'm trying to get the same as standard-plus from nullpomino, which is what I like, ALthough i'm thinking it might finally be time for me to learn piece finesse and use MAX settings.

Also can the dropping effect be removed from TOJ? I can't see anything in the options...

Nope, you are stuck with it.  Its annoying, but you will get used to it.

TOJ doesn't usually lag
The line clear delay can be reduced
The soft drop speed can be increased
You can use a patch to make custom das/ar
Japanese people are cool

Those are the main differences. If tf had the top 3 I would be able to tolerate it. I could be missing something though.

i completely agree. though i'd switch line clear delay & custom das/ar..
too many ppl on tf combo & slow line clear delay could possibly make that a little more disadvantageous yay~
i prefer toj to tf because of the ppl as well --

• there are too many cocky players on tf
• they're far too young to be taken seriously imo
• they often spam nonsense

toj has a pm feature whilst tf doesn't
tf has cuter sounds/blocks/feel/look imo
toj has stats for just about everything, so you can size up your opponent before wasting your time with a noob..although these stats are often way off depending on how old the account is.[/color]
