Check this out - I hit the screenshot key really fast before the game loaded the background art for the game.  Why don't they let us use no background, it makes the game look a lot cleaner don't you think?

That's like an exp bar, but since rank 20 is the highest, it stops there.

if you play on firefox you can disable backgrounds by adding the following adblock rule:

people who find win-grafix annoying may also like to add the following filters (I haven't fully tested these as I can't play on firefox, it lags too badly):

|http://owdata.tetrisfriends.com/data*/images/winGrafix/*
|http://owdata.tetrisfriends.com/data*/sounds/wintone/*

unfortunately these only work on firefox, chrome is SOL. other browsers, I don't know.

Pete-i'd almost switch to firefox just to block the win-grafix. a lot of the time i can't chat while the movie is playing, especially with the after burner one.

After it froze tonight, I refreshed and got the blank with a "Connection Failed." After I clicked OK on the dialog it stayed blank for about five seconds before refreshing. I thought it was pseudo-random. I've gotten it a lot on computers not at home (i.e. at local library, which I guess might have adblock), and it stays until I hit "see room list," at which point it switches.
