you can override room delays setting with own rule in no rule locked room, so you can add yourself some ARE. But this would give you disadvantage against other players.

Why wouldn't ARS work? You won't be able to use IRS or IHS but I don't think that affects anything.

Question: Does the ruleset chosen affect what randomizer is used or are the sequence of pieces dealt the same for everyone?

The behaviour of All Spins seems questionable. S/Z spin doubles are sometimes detected as minis (when there is a left or right wall on row 3) and send less lines. Are the spin rewards unique to Nullpomino or are they supposed to follow some game?

I believe Nullpomino twist recognition and rewards follows Amagami Tetris and Tetris Online Japan flash games.

Of cource rule affect randomizer, ARS will give you history randomizer so if other player is using bag randomizer it's not possible for both players to get same sequence. But two players using same randomizer will get same seqence.

Because when you press down to lock, it starts immediately soft-dropping the next piece if there's no ARE, which messes you up.
