Hi everyone ^^
I'm Kazumi and I live in France so sorry for my english  
I've found out Tetris Friends last week and it reminded me a lot of fun when I was young, playing and spending money... and also with the gameboy  
But since the beggining until today I have a big problem (technical) with the site (Tetrisfriends.com). I try to resolve it with the support but actually we don't find a solution...   I was desperately searching for a Tetris Friend's forum where I will find someone to help me, so I decided to sign up your forum.

Mmmmh well I don't know if I shall explain my problem here in this post or in the section "strategy/help"

Hi ^^
Well my problem is that since the beggining, when I finish a game, a window appears telling me that an error occured to save my score (error code 2000) I tried all games and it's still the same issue...
I've contacted the support and they told me to do several things:

- Clearing browser and flash cache
- I have disabled ZoneAlarm and Avast
- I have Internet explorer 7 but I tried with Mozilla and Googlechrome
- I tried to play with my boyfriend's computer (at home same modem)and it doesn't work also
- I tried to play the new mission and also the last (1989) with a friend's computer near my home ( with my account of course)and it works !!  
- I tried again the new mission in my home ... the same error
- So I decided to add the site in "my trusted sites" (IE > Tools > options internet >Security > trusted sites)
and then the error has changed    Now a window tells me that they're not receiving any data from me (error code 1000)   (but i'm still logged   )

I don't understand because it doesn't work with the 2 computers in my home, is there any program or my modem or my ISP who is blocking the data's transfer??? aaaaah ça me saoule  
I have DSL 8Mo, XP Home, mmmmh what else.... My computer is connected with Ethernet, the second one with USB, if you need more informations just ask me.

I guess that someone can help me, I don't know what to do and I like Tetrisfriends (Arena, mission...) but if it's like this I can't earn tokens, badges, levels, so there is no interest to continue.

Désolé je n'avais pas cherché en français tellement je suis depuis 10 jours immergé dans ce satané problème qui me aaaargh    , et puis je lis beaucoup de manga en anglais du coup j'arrive à me débrouiller mais t'inquiètes pas j'irais tout à l'heure poster un ptit coucou tout ça

il y a surement un problème avec ton routeur si avec le pc de ton copain ça ne marche toujours pas.
Essaye de te connecter a l'interface de ton routeur et de rétablir la configuration par défaut.

Alors quelques news, bon je pense aussi que ça vient de mon routeur malheureusement le firmware a changé l'année dernière et il nous est impossible de configurer simplement le modem. Beaucoup s'en plaignent de cet firmware (j'ai l'Alicebox Hitachi).
Je pense que 2 solutions s'offre à moi:
- faire une recherche intensive sur comment désactiver le firewall du routeur avec le nouveau firmware (ce qui me paraît très peu probable puisque l'on ne peut plus faire de sauvegarde  avec la nouvelle interface de gestion du modem)
- Configurer les règles NAT pour TF (est-ce possible comme pour emule??)

Normalement les règles NAT tu les paramètres pour que d'autres ordinateurs se connectent au tien (ex emule) mais ds le cas de TF je pense que c'est de l'envoi de donnée de ton ordi vers TF donc ton routeur est vraiment bizarre:) SUr l'interface de mon routeur il y a une option a cliquer pour revenir a la configuration initiale ce qui devrait normalement le faire revenir a un fonctionnement de routeur "normal" qui ne bloque que dans le sens des connections vers ton pc et non depuis ton pc mais je ne sais pas si tu as cette option et peut etre que la config initiale est déja le pb??

L'ancienne interface permettait une configuration avancée, pour les initiés, je me rappelle bien un bouton réinitialisation... Mais comme l'interface a changé, je cherche ce fameux bouton ou menu ou quelquechose dans le genre quoi ^^... en vain. C'est clair mon routeur est vraiment bizarre  

Ceci dit j'ai repris le cd d'installation de mon routeur et il y a l'option "configurer l'accès à des jeux ou des applications accessibles en réseaux" je me suis empressée de cliquer dessus mais ça me renvoie à une page d'erreur "le site web a refusé d'afficher cette page web" (http 403 refusé)...
Il y a une autre option "restauration" (certainement pour revenir à la config initiale avec le cd) donc j'ai cliqué dessus,... je teste la mission de TF.... tatata... non toujours pareil.  
Alors comme tu dis Spirale, la config initiale doit être le problème  

Ce que je trouve dingue c'est que il n'y a que TF qui me pose problème, mon ami joue à plein de jeux en ligne et rien ne bloque, le mauvais sort s'acharne c'est pas possible      

Enfin bon étant assez perfectionniste, je continue à chercher une solution

EDIT: Y-a-t'il un risque si j'arrive à désactiver le firewall du modem, le temps que je teste TF?
