Help with BlockBox

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section.

I have been getting an error message on BlockBox for the past 2 days or so and I have no idea on what I need to do to fix it. I have signed signing it/out. Restarting the computer, and browser: But nothing seems to fix it. here is a screenshot so you know what I'm talking about.

used to have this problem, after few days it was ok tho... idk... luckily i have 3 bb accounts

That's started happening to me as well.  I've found that when that happens, when I check my processes under the task manager after closing BB and my browser, java.exe is still up.  So I end that process and log back in and the error messages go away.

It happened to me one time. I restarted my computer and then it went away.
