Does anybody know how to set Lockjaw so it plays exactly like Blockbox? Also, does anyone know where I can find some skins?

"Exactly like Blockbox" means what? Half of the options that you would set in Lockjaw are customisable in Blockbox as well.

I think Behemoth means certain rated modes in Blockbox. But which ones?

You can't, Lockjaw has some small delays that can't be removed.

If you want to try anyway, use these settings:

Well width - 10
Well height - 20
Enter above ceiling - off
Max entry delay - 0
Piece set - all
Randomizer - History 6 rolls

Rotation system - SRS or Arika
Floor kicks - 1
Lock delay - 30/60 s
Deep drop - off

Line clear delay - 1/60 s (you can't make this lower unless I'm wrong)
Clear gravity - Naive
Gluing - off
Initial sideways motion - off
Initial rotation - on

Soft drop speed - 1G
Soft drop - Slide
Hard drop - Lock (You can play around with these last 3 settings but it won't match BB exactly)

Hide blocks in well - off
Next pieces - 3
Smooth gravity - off

Next above shadow - 0
Drop trails - off

Unless I'm remembering things wrong, soft drop and hard drop should both be lock; there is a separate key for the firm drop. Also, I don't believe there was ever an option to unmap an action, so I usually map the drop I'm not currently using to a random key.

Unavoidable delays: IIRC, this is 2 frames per piece and 1 per line (and 1 per garbage line that appears).

Skins: The main thing to skin is the block images, really, and they're quite easy to make yourself. If you want to try to make a background image, the easiest way to line it up is to hit PrintScreen while playing. That will output a screenshot that will allow you to line it up much easier.
